DeadSure
Office platform for asset data, tickets, invoicing, analytics, and council oversight.
Cloud-based street lighting and asset management — from database to field repair.
Overview
DeadSure is a mature, cloud-based system connecting council offices and contractor field teams. It runs on Android, iOS, and Windows tablets — giving engineers the tools they need onsite while giving managers real-time visibility from the office.
Product Suite
Office, field, and public fault reporting — connected in one system.
Office platform for asset data, tickets, invoicing, analytics, and council oversight.
Tablet app for engineers — repairs, surveys, and offline map caching in the field.
Public web fault reporting, configured per council with map location and zoom defaults.
Asset Database
Maintain a comprehensive database of street lighting and municipal assets. Each asset is geo-located on an interactive map with nearly 1,000 standard data fields covering lamps, columns, brackets, CCTV, water meters, EV units, and more.
Cable Management
DeadSure records and manages the cable infrastructure powering street lights and other electrical assets. Import existing cable networks from DWG files or create and edit networks using built-in graphical tools.
Faults & Tickets
Faults reported by the public via DeadSureApp, or by engineers and council staff, become tickets with full asset context. Work is assigned to field teams, grouped into inspection rounds, and scheduled for electrical and structural inspections.
Repairs & Documentation
Engineers receive faults on their tablets via DSMobile, navigate to the location, and log repairs in real time. Every job captures parts used, photos, test certificates, and wiring diagrams — and inventory updates automatically from completed work.
Tracking & Oversight
Track engineer and vehicle locations in real time. Councils get dashboards showing all contractor activity, asset status, and KPI metrics — with one-click approve, query, or reject on completed tasks. Patrol rounds and pass-by history prove which lights were visited, even when no fault was found.
Stock & Invoicing
Integrated stock control tracks inventory in real time and links parts to repair jobs. Invoices generate from logged, approved work using schedules of rates — dramatically reducing paper trails and billing disputes.
